Manifesto
Sirius exists because most AI projects for small and mid-sized companies end the same way: a demo that impresses in the meeting, a pilot that never reaches production, and an invoice nobody can justify.
We operate in reverse. Small team. Serious diagnostic before touching code. Short sprints with things that stay running, not reports that get read. And a number agreed upfront that tells us whether it worked — if it does not move, we say so.
If what you're looking for is someone who says yes to everything and moves the goalpost every two sprints, we're not for you. If you want a team that says "not this" when it has to and ships what was agreed, let's talk.
Values
How we work, without empty buzzwords.
01 / 04
Discovery before code
The first deliverable isn't code, it's a scope document you validate. If we don't understand the problem, we don't write a line.
E.g.: on the last project we closed a sprint in 4 days because the plan was already signed.
02 / 04
Deliveries you can see
Every 2 weeks you have something working in staging. You don't wait 6 months to see the final product.
E.g.: we turned down a project when we saw the client would not be able to maintain it alone.
03 / 04
Fast decisions
One technical point of contact on our side. No committees, no escalations, no Slack that never replies.
E.g.: you get the repo, credentials and a written runbook from day one of launch.
04 / 04
Honest about limits
Some projects aren't for Sirius. We tell you in the first call and point you somewhere else if we know who.
E.g.: we did 2 demos a week for 6 weeks straight on an e-commerce build.
How we work
Small team. One meeting a week. We ship on Fridays.
Costa Rica + remote
Based in Santa Ana, we work with clients in CR, Mexico and the US. Sync meetings happen at most once a week.
1-week sprints
Every Monday we define what we deliver on Friday. Demos at sprint end, short retro, next-sprint plan. No giant Jira.
TypeScript end-to-end
Default stack: Next.js + Postgres + Vercel. Type-safe from backend to client. If you have another stack, we integrate.
Team
The team behind the work.
Real people, based in Costa Rica, who execute every project. We don't subcontract — the team that quotes is the team that builds.

About Sirius
What people want to know before talking.
If your question isn't here, send it on WhatsApp — a human answers.
Where are you physically?
Santa Ana, Costa Rica. We work hybrid: office when needed, remote the rest. If you're in the area and want to drop in for a session, you're welcome.
How many people are you?
Core team of 5 (devs, designer, project) plus specialised collaborators that join based on the project (AI, native mobile, infra). We are not a 100-person consultancy with 80 on the bench: the people you talk to are the people who build.
Do you work 100% remote with clients outside the country?
Yes. More than half of our projects are with clients outside Costa Rica (US, Mexico, Central America). We operate on CR/CST hours, with up to 2 hours of flex per week for other timezones.
Do you have experience in my industry?
We've shipped in e-commerce, events, fitness, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing and education. Industry is context you bring; we bring the mechanics of building software. Want privately to see cases in your vertical? Just message us.
Why start with you and not a freelancer?
For a weekend hack, a freelancer is cheaper. For software that survives a year in production, that another dev can maintain when the freelancer ghosts, and that has a 3-year architecture in mind — that is why we exist. The difference shows up from month 4 onward.
What does the first conversation look like?
20 min on WhatsApp or video, free, no commitment. We talk about the problem (not the software). You leave with: your situation understood, our opinion on whether building something makes sense, and if it does, one concrete next step.
