Services provided
Sirius designs, builds and operates AI product: agents, operations automation, and the platforms that product lives on.

Site IP
Site content (text, graphics, frontend code, brand) is owned by Sirius unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute it without written permission.

Payments and invoicing
Payment terms are agreed case by case. We invoice in USD by default. Small jobs are invoiced fully at start; larger projects are split into milestones.

Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages from using the site or information posted on it. For hired services, specific warranties are in the contract.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be resolved in Costa Rican courts unless a written agreement says otherwise.
