HOW WE COUNT

Every number has a source.

A page full of percentages is only worth reading if you know what would have made us leave a figure out.

  1. 01

The baseline is measured before we touch anything

The first week of a project goes into instrumenting what already exists. If we could not measure the "before", the number does not get published.

  2. 02

    We compare equivalent periods

A December against a December. Comparing high season to low season inflates any result and helps nobody.

  3. 03

The client approves the number before it goes out

Every figure on this page comes from the client’s own system and is reviewed by the client. That is why some cases are not here.

Some cases aren't public due to NDA. If you want references from a specific sector, ask us on the call — we share them confidentially.

About the cases

How we measure and what stays with you.

If your industry isn't shown but the problem rhymes, send us a message — we have private cases we share one-on-one under NDA.

How exactly did you measure those metrics?

Each case has a pre-launch baseline (≥ 30 days) we compare against 60–90 days post-launch. Metrics come from the client's own analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, their CRM, etc.), not our estimates. Want to see one of the dashboards? We can show it under NDA.

Can I see the code and repos?

We keep client repos private by contract — they belong to the client. What we can share: technical architecture, stack decisions, and pre-launch code-review results. For due diligence we can set that up under NDA.

Why so few visible cases?

We only publish the cases the client authorised. Most prefer to stay offline for competitive or regulatory reasons (especially fintech, healthcare and B2B enterprise). We have +12 projects in production we can reference one-on-one in private.

Do you work with my industry if it's not listed?

Probably yes. We have shipped in e-commerce, events, fitness, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing and education. What changes between industries is the business domain (which you bring), not the mechanics of building software (which we bring).

What happens if my project doesn't hit those numbers?

Metrics are the result of the product + the client's team + market context. What we guarantee: the product we ship passes code review, is documented, lives in your repo, and gets 30 days of support. If the business behind it moves, the numbers move.

Your case could be the next one.
