Software that syncs availability and rates between your own system and OTAs (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia) in real time.

A channel manager is the "traffic cop" between your PMS and OTAs: when a room books on Booking, it automatically blocks on Airbnb, Expedia, and your direct channel — and vice versa. This prevents overbooking, the #1 problem when managing multiple OTAs manually. It also syncs rate changes (yield management) and minimum-stay restrictions.
